You will receive a “Transaction Error” message if this information does not match.
When you click on the “Submit” button, expect a brief delay while “Waiting for hec-scansoftware.com” appears. Do not close your browser or this tab before the payment screen appears. Your registration is not yet complete, even if you receive a registration notification email before completing your payment.
Once in the payment screen, the new course charge will appear. After clicking on the “Pay the Balance” button, you will be invited to enter your credit card information, finalizing your transaction.
